1. Shower water hot for relaxes muscles.
2. play music casually.
3. go somewhere else.
4. Drink Chamomile to soothe the nerves, and hot drinks to make you relax.
5. recognize the stress lurking below the surface (hunger, worry), You can complete them and feel more relaxed.
6. Laugh make relaxed.
7. inhale slowly-lambaat like mini-meditation.
8. walk is one of the best relaxation techniques.
9. Hug someone really can be very relaxing.
10. Interrupt routines.

Relaxation is somthing that is becoming harder and harder to do in this hustle and bustle world. I think having a shower is the one for me that helps the most, i herd someone say one day that water can be relaxing because it takes you back to your days in the womb.

Great list, relaxation is key to any business. I would suggest that if you run a business that you should take steps in making sure that your employees are relaxed, especially in high stress environments. 1hr a day focused one relaxation will improve productivity.
